Day 23 (Activate Cycle Day 5)

Another carb day!  I love carb day!!!

Walking in Glenmore Park was lovely -- managed to fit a quick one in before heading to work -- included some stairs at the sailing school -- felt good...

Today's menu:
Breakfast -- oatmeal with cinnamon & 1 Granny Smith apple (diced and mixed in), 4 scrambled egg whites, green tea, probiotic supplement
Morning Snack -- not needed -- it's a carb day -- just some coffee, thanks!
Lunch -- green salad with cucumber, tomato, onion, chicken & balsamic vinegar/olive oil dressing, 1/2 cup brown rice, probiotic supplement
Afternoon Snack -- not needed -- did I mention, it's a carb day!!!!!
Dinner -- BBQ'd pork chop, green salad with low fat Italian dressing, green tea

Looking forward to Thursday, the next carb/walk in Glenmore Park/weigh-in day!
